All delegates are required to register for the Archives without Borders Congress by completing the Registration Form and paying the appropriate registration fee. After completing the Form, you will receive a confirmation email containing payment instructions. Your registration will be secured on receipt of your payment.
Registration fee
The registration fee for the Archives without Borders Congress is € 250 per person for 2 days or € 150 per person for 1 day.
Archives without Borders is offering a limited number of registrations at a reduced rate to students. Students interested in this offer should apply to the Organising Committee sending a copy of their Student Card. These discount registrations will be allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
The registration fee covers:
- Welcome Reception on the evening of the 29 August 2010
- Access to plenary lectures and presentations in the parallel sessions (the four plenary lectures and some of the parallel sessions will be interpreted simultaneously: English-Spanish or Spanish-English)
- Coffee/tea and refreshments during the breaks
- Lunches
- Congress documentation
- Congress proceedings (to be published after the Congress)
The registration fee does not cover:
- Accomodation
- Travel expenses
- Dinners
- Excursions
Cancellations
Registration cancellations received by 1 August 2010 will be refunded after the Congress, less a € 50 administrative charge. No refunds will be given for cancellations after this date. As an alternative to cancellation registrations can be transferred to another person by advising the Organising Committee as soon as possible.
